Business domain handling moved to a separate application
Business domain handling has been moved to a separate application to improve consistency across reporting configurations. Plugin dependencies and navigation filters have been updated to reflect the new structure.
After upgrade:
- Reinstall the updated manifest files.
- If your instance includes Risk reporting configurations, verify that the Business Domain column is set to Risk.
The following application gets installed automatically when GRC: Management reporting is activated:
- Microsoft 365 for ServiceNow Reporting

Role required to install the app: System admin (admin)
To upgrade the GRC: Management reporting application, make sure to upgrade the Microsoft 365 for ServiceNow Reporting and any other installed GRC applications to the equivalent release version. For example, version 15.x of Risk Management is certified to work with version 15.x of Risk Management Workspace and version 15.x of other GRC applications.
