Standalone Application
This application enables bi-directional integration between Accounts Payable Operations to Oracle EBS and allows fetch invoices and invoice payments from Oracle EBS and also create invoices in Oracle EBS from ServiceNow.
Accounts Payables Operations integration with Oracle supports the following key features:
- Invoices created in Oracle EBS can be fetched into ServiceNow Accounts Payable Operations
- Invoices created in Accounts Payable Operations can be posted to Oracle ERP
- Invoices created in ERP can be pulled into ServiceNow
- Invoice payment details can be pulled from ERP into ServiceNow
- Fixed:
- Integration service job tracker records are not marked as failed for the following subflows when they encounter an internal server error or similar server-side errors:
- Fetch invoice payment status from Oracle EBS
- Fetch AP invoices from Oracle EBS
