Now Assist Center is an AI-enablement workspace designed to help customers accelerate and maximize adoption of AI throughout the ServiceNow platform by acting as a centralized portal for all Now Assist AI capabilities.
- Provides a single surface for administrators to activate, configure, and manage Now Assist AI skills across ITSM, CSM, HR, and other ServiceNow domains
- Provides an agentic-powered conversational experience designed to manage and support all admin and AI solution deployment use cases
- Surfaces automation opportunities via AI Agent Advisor, which analyzes incident and case data to recommend where AI agents can drive the most impact
- Offers CTA (Call to Action) cards that guide admins toward high-value setup actions, though these are currently static and pre-designed
- Delivers analytics on AI skill usage, activation status, and business value generated.
- Provides centralized access to all relevant AI applications, reducing effort needed to find applications relative to the current complex navigation hierarchy.
In this release, we added:
- Additional conversational experience coverage for Now Assist Administrator functions, including enhancements to the Skill Activation workflow.
- Added AI-assisted help for multi-turn conversations.
- Expanded AI Agent Advisor to support out of the box AI Agent matching for Automation Opportunities.
- Enabled AI Agent Advisor by default for the Incident and Cases tables.
