Once visitors are registered, automate tasks such as communications, badge printing, and paperwork required prior to their scheduled arrival.
The workplace teams and office receptionists can easily monitor a visitor's arrival status with real-time dashboards. Tasks and approvals are automatically generated to initiate building access, grant Wi-Fi access, add a parking space, link to an existing room reservation, or include any other requirements for their scheduled arrival.
