Provides out-of-the-box integration to import DLP incidents from Symantec. This app can be used in combination with the Data Loss Prevention Incident Response app to automate DLP incident remediation workflow for incidents generated by Symantec.
- Import DLP incidents created for Endpoint, Network, Email, and Cloud.
- Ability for DLP analysts to view matched sensitive data types and the text snippet that violated the policy (matched text snippets are not stored in ServiceNow).
- Bidirectional integration to update the state of DLP incident in Symantec based on the state/status in ServiceNow.

- Resolved the issue of Symantec DLP MID scripts failing under iPKI environments due to
ms.getConfigParametercalls for legacymid.instance.usernameandmid.instance.passwordsettings throwingIllegalArgumentException. - Implemented fixes related to Cobalt Raven Non-Glide Query ACL directives, ensuring proper ACL enforcement for non-Glide query operations.
