The Retail Playbook for Store Plan enables headquarters (HQ) and regional managers to create structured operational plans with tasks and cases, linked to store locations and schedules.
- Retail Store Plan provides a centralized way to plan, schedule, and manage operational work across multiple stores. It gives headquarters and regional teams full visibility into planned activities while simplifying execution for store teams.
- The HQ Communications playbook enables business users to create plans by defining HQ and store cases along with associated task details. Users select retail stores and schedules, and the system automatically generates the corresponding cases and tasks for each store based on the selected schedule.
Fixed: Resolved issue with the cancel button in the Plan Summary schedule during HQ Communications playbook configuration.
