This application is a prerequisite for all RadarFirst applications in the ServiceNow store. The connector allows teams in ServiceNow to track incidents that contain personal information (PI) and personal health information (PHI) and forward the incidents to RadarFirst’s incident management platform for assessment in accordance with both regulatory and third-party notification obligations.
