Integration
Cellular usually lives outside ServiceNow, scattered across carrier portals, spreadsheets, and a separate support process most employees never remember to use. Solve(X) Sync closes that gap.
The app connects your ServiceNow instance to GoExceed's Solve(X), a single pane of glass for your cellular landscape delivered as a Wireless Expense Management (WEM) managed service over your existing carrier agreements. Cellular device and line information syncs directly into your ServiceNow asset and Configuration Item tables, giving IT a complete, current view of the cellular estate alongside the rest of the IT landscape. Employees raise and track requests for their cellular devices right from the Service Portal, with no new tool and no separate login. Those tickets route to the Solve(X) team for processing and status flows back into ServiceNow, so users follow progress without ever leaving the platform.
Behind that native experience, Solve(X) brings the full value of a managed WEM practice: expense management and optimization, mobile device management (MDM) sync, order routing and approval, and streamlined Move/Add/Change/Disconnect (MACD) operations. The result is one system of record for mobility. Your admins get current inventory, your users get a familiar experience, and the governance, automation, and visibility of Solve(X) all run inside the platform your organization already uses.
- Cellular assets in your CMDB. Cellular device and line information syncs from Solve(X) into ServiceNow asset and CI tables, including early termination fee (ETF) details where available, giving IT near-real-time visibility into the full cellular inventory next to everything else it manages.
- Requests from the portal users already know. Employees submit and track cellular requests, including new orders, upgrades, support, and MACD (Move/Add/Change/Disconnect), directly in the ServiceNow Service Portal, with no separate WEM tool to adopt.
- Two-way ticket sync. Requests raised in ServiceNow route automatically to the Solve(X) managed-service team for processing, and status updates sync back into ServiceNow, so users track progress in the platform they already use.
- Order routing and approval built in. Cellular orders follow your approval flows before they reach the carrier, keeping provisioning and spend under control.
- Expense management and optimization. Solve(X) continuously manages and optimizes cellular spend as a WEM managed service layered over your existing carrier agreements.
- MDM sync and unified visibility. Mobile device management data feeds the same single pane of glass, so security, compliance, and lifecycle decisions all draw on one current source.
