For organizations using Field Service Management, the out-of-the-box workflows synchronize data between the case and the work order. This enables facilities technicians to manage and complete service requests efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of physical environment and operational infrastructure issues raised by care teams.

Extends from the Healthcare Operations case type to support care team EVS requests for your organization’s EVS department, such as cleaning, sanitation, and waste management. - Care Team Portal EVS Requests
Request support from your organization’s EVS department using preconfigured record producers, making it easy for care teams to report service needs like room turnover or biohazard cleanup. - Healthcare EVS Case and Work Order Synchronization
Care Team Operations for EVS links EVS cases and work orders. For customers with Field Service Management, care teams gain visibility into all EVS cases reported by their team, while EVS support teams can fulfill those cases as work orders and tasks—without needing to update the case directly.
This release delivers platform-wide accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA, 400% zoom/reflow) and security-directive access-control hardening for Care Team Operations for Environmental Services.
