The HRSD Foundation plug-in acts as a digital identifier, specifically designed to represent and validate the customer's licensing tier.
HRSD Foundation is the licensing tier that entitles users to features of HRSD, including Case Management, Knowledge, Agent experience, Search and analytics, and natively provides access to OOB AI features to drive issue resolution.
The Foundation SKU bundle includes the following AI functionality:
- Case and Knowledge
- Talent
- OOB Now Assist fulfiller skills
- Case Resolution agent
- Search
This is a hotfix release to address an issue which prevents the app from being explicitly installed from the Application Manager.
