ServiceNow Otto for Contract Management Pro provides attorneys with AI contract analysis to efficiently review contracts for missing or non-standard clauses during the contract review and negotiation stage as per the company's standard playbook. It also supports the Agentic AI workflow for signed contracts to manage the metadata extraction, obligation extraction and automatically create reminders for the notice period of contract renewals or terminations of the contract. It also provides conversational search using natural language, enabling you to search the contract repository.
