Standalone Application
This application integrates ServiceNow and SAP Ariba to streamline procurement operations. The implemented use cases cover key stages of the sourcing and procurement lifecycle, with additional subflows integrated to support the overall process flow. The following use cases have been implemented:
- Create and update sourcing events in SAP Ariba, including management of associated products and suppliers.
- Fetch supplier bids along with all associated attachments from SAP Ariba.
- Award sourcing events in SAP Ariba upon completion of the evaluation process.
- Create purchase requisitions in SAP Ariba.
- Create goods receipts in SAP Ariba.
- Fetch receipt records from SAP Ariba.
- Fetch shipment details from SAP Ariba.
